This is the first time I have bought a car online without viewing it first, Asad sent me a detailed video of the car and some photos, I wasn’t happy with a damaged wing mirror so they said they could sort it out for me. At the time I was looking at several other cars and I am quite indecisive so when I told Asad I was still deciding, he did not put any pressure on me. A couple of weeks later I decided I wanted the car, I asked for a few more photos which were sent to me promptly, they sorted out the wing mirror too. I paid a small refundable deposit to secure the car. They sent a receipt which said the deposit wasn’t refundable, when I queried this another email was sent to verify that it was refundable. Asad was brilliant at replying to my texts and phone calls. The only reason I have given them a 4 star rating is because they said it would have a complete interior and exterior valet. When I the car was delivered on a tow truck, it looked very clean and the mats had been cleaned but the interior mirrors and surfaces were very dirty when I wiped down them down, they might have been vacuumed but they were not clean as the cloths came out very dirty, also there is a dead spider trapped in the front interior light which I still cannot open to get out. There were lots of scuff marks on the interior part of the back door which I have since wiped clean. So I am not moaning about the professionalism of Asad and his team who sorted out the tax and transfer of car online as soon as car was delivered but maybe they should change their valet company that they use. The MINI is a dream to drive too.

I didn't buy a car from House Of Cars Oldham but i sold my Audi A4 to them, From the first message and phone call between myself and Haris, i was up front and honest with him and he was upfront and honest with me.

I told him about some slight damage on the car in advance and the offer i had from another dealer. Haris beat that offer. There was other slight damage (stonechips) he noted when viewing. However true to his word he gave me the exact offer he said he would down to the last £1 and didn't try to find faults in order to drive the price down.

That's quite refreshing when dealing with anyone looking to purchase your car. Given the care he took looking over paperwork (past MOT's, Invoices and service history) as well at the car itself and how it drives, i can only assume the cars he sells are of good provenance.

Recently purchased a car from here, everyone from
reception to sales manager was a pleasure to deal with. Amazing customer service, really helpful and informative and no pressure sales.
